A Virginia Beach firefighter has been arrested and charged with child pornography offenses.
Douglas France was charged with one count of possessing child pornography and two counts of distributing it. A court affidavit says some of the victims in these videos appeared to be as young as four years old 13 News Now reported.
France is accused of uploading well over 100 files of child pornography to a Kik instant messaging account.
He is being held in Western Tidewater Regional Jail.
The Department of Homeland Security launched the probe, according to reports.
During the investigation, officers determined two computers at a Virginia Beach fire station where France was assigned were utilized.
